Family Guy

If you asked me whether I'd like a show which has all of Family Guy's attributes, I'd probably say no.

But the show itself? Yes.

I think it's that you can tell they're not taking themselves seriously either. Sometimes they just plain don't like a person--like Liza Minelli. But more often, they find some situation or person potentially humorous and just run with it.

It'd be offensive except--there's something in the way they do it. For now I'm going to go with their lack of respect even for themselves. Maybe someone else can come up with a better reason?
